The program includes two coached sessions per week, and participants may choose either the 25 Mile Program or the 50 Mile Program. One day each week, participants will focus on getting to know the Ride course. We’ll start with lower mileage and gradually build up each week. Over the course of the weeks, participants will get to know all of the roads along the course. These sessions will vary in length, based on the distance to be covered. One the second day, participants will focus on bike riding skills (e.g., climbing, descending, cornerning, bike handling, group riding) and conditioning. These sessions will be kept at one hour.
